The stories are not only about the clumsy bear. His many friends have also won many hearts.

The somber donkey Eeyore is one of the most popular characters in the stories, and many fans like to show it off by learning to draw Eeyore.

How to Draw Eeyore

Step 1

While this character is usually frowning and unhappy, we will share a rare, lighter moment in this guide to drawing Eeyore!

To do this, we’ll start with the head and face for your photo. First, you can start with some round shapes for her eye contour. You can then add some large pupils to his eyes.

There will also be some line detail above and below her eyes to give them more character. Then you can refine the eye area by adding thick brows over it.

Finally, for this step, we will use some sharp-tipped curved lines for the clump of hair on his head.

Then you can finish the step by using more rounded lines for her floppy ear coming out from under her hair. Then go to step 2!

Step 2

Now that you’ve drawn the top of his head, we can begin the bottom half for your drawing of Eeyore. First, use rounded lines to create his muzzle at the end of his face.

This will also have a curved line at the bottom curled up for him with a little smile. Remember to draw some nostrils where his nose is too!

In the scene we’re going to draw, we’ll show him putting his head on a ball.

Use some rounded lines under the ear for his ball-resting leg, which you can draw as a small circle with rounded lines extending from it.

Step 3

This step of our guide to drawing Eeyore is about drawing his body. Extend a long, rounded line from its snout and angle it up and down.

Once you’ve drawn this round curve for her body, you can draw a small square shape over it where you see it in the reference image.

Then you can complete this step by drawing a small arc at the base of his body.

Step 4

In this next step, we will finish the outline for your drawing of Eeyore. For this, we focus on her legs under her body.

We will use more rounded lines for the front leg to connect similarly to the other front leg. This will be under his body to show that he is resting on it.

Then, extend a curved line from her leg to show her stomach. Finally, you can complete this step by sticking out the back leg.

This is also drawn with some rounded lines at the top but has a flat line at the bottom. Then we can move on to some finishing touches in the next step.

Step 5

All the animal characters in the Winnie the Pooh series are stuffed animals that come to life, and we are going to consider this aspect in this step of our guide on how to draw Eeyore.

Draw Eeyore

We’ll add seam lines on the limbs and body to do this. First, draw a line that runs down the middle of his face.

As you can see in the photo, we’re going to make this line follow the curve of her face. Then you can add some short lines for some seams.

To finish the effect, you can add similar stitch lines on the legs, stomach, and body.

Before moving to the last phase, you could draw other characters from the series or a cute background for your photo!

Step 6

This is the final part of your drawing of Eeyore, and in this one, we’re going to finish it with some coloring fun. In our reference image, we showed Eeyore’s signature colors.
