So, what’s the catch? Why should I work with a life coach? How can I tell if they’re going to be helpful to me? You probably have a lot of questions about life coaching. You may be thinking about your career, or you might be dealing with a health issue or relationship problem that you want to work through. But before you can choose the life coach who will help you reach your goals; you need to know what they can do for you or whether they have certifications of some life coaching courses online. There are many ways to find a life coach. You could go online, find an agency in your area, search for one on social media or attend a seminar. But what if you don’t want to spend money? Or what if you have no idea where to begin?
